Jonathan Valdays
a father, a husband, a friend and confidante, and a multiple business owner.
His Philosophy:
Driven by a deep passion for people and the beauty of life, I believe it's our uniqueness that makes the world extraordinary. Every individual offers a new perspective, and I find inspiration in learning and growing through each connection.
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach—each person deserves to be seen, heard, and supported in a way that meets their unique needs. My work begins with building a genuine connection, understanding your challenges, and helping you navigate them with honesty and clarity. I offer practical tools, grounded guidance, and a commitment to walk beside you. This work is deeply personal to me—when you truly care about people, they open up, and real change becomes possible.
To empower individuals by meeting them exactly where they are—with honesty, clarity, and no sugar-coating. I believe in facing reality head-on and creating a battle plan that works for you.
I don’t follow a fixed formula—because what works for one may not work for another. Some people just need a direction to follow. Others need firm, consistent guidance every step of the way.
I'm original, straightforward, and unapologetically real. My goal is to help you own your path, take action, and grow stronger with each step.
Mission
To help people discover the strength and potential they don’t yet see in themselves. I bring a lifetime of real-world experience—not textbook theories, but hard-earned insight. No one taught me how to lead—I learned by doing, by observing, and by showing up.
My mission is to show what works and what doesn’t. To guide others with honesty, clarity, and belief. Leadership isn’t about control—it’s about doing one genuine thing that can spark confidence, connection, and even boost productivity.
I’m here to help people lead themselves first—so they can lead others better.
About Me
My coaching and consulting practice is built on a diverse and well-rounded foundation—academic, experiential, and deeply personal.
I hold two Bachelor's degrees: one in Computer Forensics (with a minor in Sociology) and another in Computer Science (with a minor in Psychology). I also earned an Associate’s degree in Cybersecurity, giving me a sharp analytical mindset and a deep understanding of how systems—human and digital—function under pressure.
With certifications in Life Coaching, Leadership and Control Training, and Advanced Medical Training, I’m equipped to support people through real-life challenges with a calm, strategic, and solutions-focused mindset.
I’ve also been ordained through the church, which grounds my work in compassion, integrity, and purpose. My certification as a tutor through the Right Foundation, alongside my experience mentoring and coaching troubled youth, has taught me how to reach people where they are—especially when they’re at their most vulnerable.
My academic background in Sociology and Psychology further informs how I understand people—their behavior, motivations, and potential. These insights help me guide clients not only with empathy but with the clarity needed to face hard truths and take real action.
Every credential, every experience, and every lesson I’ve learned adds depth to my mission:
To empower people to lead themselves first—through personalized support, honest feedback, and practical tools that work.
